Processing Time

Our current processing time for in stock items is 7-10 business days, this does NOT include shipping time.
Custom orders will be processed within 14 business days, sometimes sooner.
Backordered items may take anywhere from 14-21 business days before shipping out.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
Holiday Processing time will add 2-3 business days on top of our normal processing.

Shipping

*DUE TO COVID-19 THE USPS IS EXPERIENCING SIGNIFICANT DELAYS*
Packages are shipped Monday-Friday via USPS or UPS. A notification with a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Anything over 13oz is shipped Priority Mail or UPS Ground, this does not mean it will get there sooner.
 
Once your package is scanned “Accepted” by USPS, they have assumed responsibility for your items. In most cases, First Class packages are delivered in 3-5 business days but may be delayed during the holidays. NT DELAYS - WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY ISSUES*
 
Please make sure your address is correct, we ship orders as quickly as we can and are unable to update it once shipped.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us right away.
While we're sure to check orders prior to shipment, sometimes mistakes still slip through our hands. If you receive items that are damaged or not as described, please contact us.
 
Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
 
Orders containing laser cut products are also not eligible for a return or refund due to the time and effort that goes in to creating, setting up and cutting the products.

Laser Cut Products Terms & Conditions

Laser cut items may take anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on the size and complexity of the order.
There are times when the machine may need maintenance, possibly delaying an order. Please be patient as all cut and engraved products are done in-house.
 
Once an order has been submitted, after 24 hours it cannot be cannot be cancelled.
Custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
 

Product Care/Maintenance

Shirts: We cannot be held responsible if an item shrinks due to washing incorrectly. Our shirts must be washed inside out, warm water and NO heat in the dryer/line dried. Fitted shirts do tend to shrink but that is not a mistake on our end, it is the wear and tear of that item.
 
Wine Tumblers are not dishwasher safe, they must be hand washed only.
 
Laser Cut Products must be handled with extreme care, many are fragile as they are made in-house and not mass-produced in a factory.
